You can place an order at any time. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders received by 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same day and will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In certain circumstances, if your order does not ship within two business days, we shall let you know via email and/or phone.
Shipping is calculated based on the order weight and distance from our California location.
You may choose FedEx, UPS or USPS for as your shipping carrier. FedEx and UPS Ground services can take up to 7 business days to arrive after the ship date.
When shipping with FedEx, UPS or USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you, which includes your tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your order’s progress online.

You probably won’t need to use the links above because the order confirmation emailed to you will already have the number and there will be an url you can easily click through to go directly to the tracking page. And also, in case you did not know, you can input the order number into Google or almost any other search engine, and the elves will automagically find the appropriate carrier and show you the shipping status and/or location of your package. (Not recommended if you’re paranoid about privacy.) 🙂
