Chicken Peanut Spaghetti (Recipe)

250 grams Chicken strips or ground chicken
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Onion
1 cup UFC Spaghetti Sauce (Sweet Filipino Style)
400 grams Spaghetti Noodles, cooked
3 tbsp. Peanuts, crushed
For the Teriyaki Sauce:
2/3 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Sugar
Pinch Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Mix all ingredients for teriyaki sauce , then marinade chicken in the sauce.
2. Saute garlic, onion and the marinated chicken in oil. Add the marinade and UFC Spaghetti Sauce.
3. Toss spaghetti noodles with sauce, then top with crushed peanuts.
