Most of our items are from Philippine companies, as well as companies from other countries such as the United States that make Filipino-inspired products. We also carry products that are favorite imports to the Philippines and are in demand by overseas Filipinos.
We will do our best to disclose clearly on each listing page where the product is made and by which country’s company.
This is because there are Philippine companies that do manufacture overseas — this applies to meat and bread products, most commonly.
Beware of American companies that use Philippine brand names and logos WITHOUT licensing from the original Philippine company. It is very unfair and insulting for these American companies to label themselves as “Filipino” after having stolen trademarks from the Philippines — lalo na’t ang mga may-ari ng mga nasabing kumpanya ay hindi marunong magsalita ng kahit anumang wika natin.
Please do let us know if we’re overlooking anything. And we encourage budding companies to contact us. We are particularly interested in supporting producers of alternatives to OMGpeke items.
Among the brands we carry:
Magnolia – San Miguel, not OMGpeke
